Mr. Randy Peters, an Associate Professor of Practice of Civil Engineering at UNL and former Director of NDOT, presents his perspective from his career of civil engineering practice. Mr. Peters speaks on his education and career in the transportation industry; focuses on his experience with the operation, organization, and goals of the Nebraska Department of Roads; and addresses his approach toward teaching at UNL.
