John Sangster, Assistant Professor of Civil Engineering at UNL, presents his research, "New Perspectives on Delay and Level of Service at Intersections and Interchanges," at Whittier Research Center to an audience of faculty, students, and staff. The seminar focuses on the field testing that validates Dr. Sangster's ground-breaking simulation work regarding intersections and interchanges. This research was submitted in the form of two papers to the Transportation Research Board for review in the summer of 2015.
