Mr. Jason Cowin

Jason Cowin has been with the Transportation Engineering Agency-Military Surface Deployment and Distribution Command (SDDCTEA) for the past ten years and is now the Traffic Engineering Branch Chief. Mr. Cowin scratches the surface on the extensive topic of Entry Control Facilities (ECF’s) and how the Traffic Engineering Branch prioritizes the security, safety, capacity, and sustainability. The program completes over thirty in-house studies per year to complete their objective of saving lives, decreasing injuries, and minimizing lost time.
